This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information shared with us through this website, RCS, WhatsApp, SMS, WhatsApp API, phone, email, Instagram, or in-person enquiries.

We may collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, business name, project details, artwork files, delivery preferences, address details, message preferences, communication consent, delivery status, and any other information you voluntarily share for graphic design, digital marketing, printing, quotation, or order-related services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, discuss design and printing requirements, process orders, coordinate delivery or pickup, provide customer support, maintain service records, improve our services, and send service updates, quotations, order alerts, reminders, promotional updates, and customer support messages through RCS, WhatsApp, SMS, and WhatsApp API where permitted.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share necessary details with trusted vendors, delivery partners, payment service providers, production partners, messaging platforms, telecom providers, or communication API providers only when required to complete your order, provide requested services, or send permitted customer communications.

By using this website or placing an enquiry/order with M/s. Chandrama Graphics, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to graphic design, digital marketing, printing, branding, promotional material, and related services.

Services

We provide graphic designing, digital marketing support, flex printing, foam sheet designs, visiting cards, corporate branding, marketing material printing, and related creative/printing services across India and worldwide.

Quotations and Pricing

All prices are quote-based unless specifically confirmed in writing. Pricing may depend on size, material, quantity, design complexity, finishing, urgency, delivery requirement, and any changes requested by the customer.

Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for checking and approving spellings, phone numbers, addresses, design layouts, colors, sizes, quantities, and all artwork details before printing or final production. Once approved, M/s. Chandrama Graphics is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved artwork or information.

Design and Artwork

Design concepts, drafts, artwork files, print-ready files, and creative materials prepared by us remain the property of M/s. Chandrama Graphics unless transfer of editable/source files is specifically agreed and paid for. Customers must ensure they have the right to use any logos, photos, content, trademarks, or artwork supplied to us.

Printing Output

Minor color variation may occur between screen previews and printed output due to differences in screens, printing machines, materials, lighting, and finishing processes. Such reasonable variation is not considered a defect.

Order Timeline

Estimated timelines are shared based on current workload, material availability, approval speed, and production requirements. Delays may occur due to late customer approval, changes in requirements, material shortage, machine issues, courier delay, or circumstances outside our control.

Payments

Orders may require advance payment, partial payment, or full payment depending on the service type, order value, customization level, and production requirement. Work may begin only after required payment and customer approval are received.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or order in dispute. We are not responsible for indirect loss, business loss, missed promotion dates, third-party costs, or consequences arising from customer-provided errors or delayed approvals.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Refund Policy

Because most Chandrama Graphics services involve custom design, digital creative work, printing, material purchase, and production setup, refunds are handled according to the stage of work completed.

Before Work Starts

If payment has been made and no design work, material purchase, production setup, printing, or digital work has started, a refund may be considered after deducting any payment gateway, administrative, or already-incurred charges.

After Design or Production Starts

Once design work, artwork preparation, material purchase, printing setup, digital work, or production has started, advance payments and service charges are generally non-refundable.

After Customer Approval

No refund will be provided for printed, customized, or produced material after the customer has approved the design, content, size, quantity, or final order details.

Defective or Incorrect Output

If there is a clear production error caused by M/s. Chandrama Graphics, we may offer correction, reprint, partial adjustment, or another suitable solution after reviewing the issue. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving or collecting the order.

Customer-Supplied Errors

Refunds or free reprints are not available for mistakes in customer-supplied content, spelling, phone numbers, addresses, low-quality images, wrong sizes, or artwork that was approved by the customer before production.

Cancellation

Order cancellation requests must be made as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp API message, or email. Cancellation approval depends on whether work or production has already started.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through a suitable payment method within a reasonable business timeframe, subject to bank or payment provider processing times.
